La Fonda Guajillo Chilli 75g

Dried Guajillo Chilli has a reddish brown colour. 

It is used in all kinds of pork, chicken, beef or other meat stews, it is part of moles, marinades, hot sauces, etc. It is almost always used mixed with other peppers. Always soak before using.

Gedroogde Guajillo Chili heeft een roodbruine kleur.

Het wordt gebruikt in allerlei stoofschotels van varkensvlees, kip, rundvlees of ander vlees, het maakt deel uit van mollen, marinades, hete sauzen enz. Het wordt bijna altijd gemengd met andere paprika's gebruikt. Laat het altijd weken voordat u het gebruikt.
